Order Processing Time
Once you place an order on our website, our team works diligently to process it. This process involves:
- Order Confirmation: Immediately after you place your order, you should receive a confirmation email. This email signifies that we have received your order and it is now in our system.
- Processing: Our warehouse team begins preparing your order for shipment.
Please note: It takes up to 2 business days from when an order is placed for it to be processed and to have a shipping label generated for your package.
Shipping Time
After your order has been processed and the shipping label has been generated, your package is handed over to our shipping partners, which include USPS, FedEx and UPS. From this point, the shipping time begins. Depending on your location and the shipping method selected, delivery times can vary. Generally, you can expect:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days from the time your order has been shipped.
This means that from the moment you place your order, it may take up to 7 business days in total for your package to reach you. Here’s a quick breakdown of the timeline:
- Order Placement: Day 0
- Order Processing and Label Generation: Up to 2 business days
- Shipping and Delivery: Standard shipping is 5-7 business days from the time the package is shipped
Important Considerations
- Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you place an order on a Friday, during the weekend, or on a holiday, the processing time will start on the next business day.
- Shipping Delays: While we strive to meet these timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, holidays, or carrier delays may affect delivery times. We appreciate your understanding in these rare cases.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your package and get an estimated delivery date.
